History of Company - Accountability Management Policy

We, Unik Ltd.hereby determine that we will make our utmost efforts to satisfy the customer's requests and the social accountability management demands.

1. We will practice regulations related to all interest party's      requests and social accountability demands, as if they      are my principals.

2. We are trying to make sure that our customers are      satisfied with us by all workers' acknowledgment of the      social accountability management demands and faithful      performing of their own duties.

3. We will steadily endeavor that the above results can      make workers' security, health, environment, personnel      affairs, labor, wages, equality and welfare improved.

Unik history

1988   Established UNIK Co.,Ltd. as a traiding company.

1990   Started Electronics division of UNIK Co.,Ltd. by merger with MIDOSA Co.

1993   Moved head office and trading division to new UNIK Building with expansion of business.

1996   Won official commendation from the Ministry fo Trade, Industry and Energy and
            the 5 million U.S Dollar export award from Korean government.

1998   Introduced newly developed battery operated Nail Buffer and Eyelash Curler
            to the market.

2001   Established  new brush factory in Shenzhen, China.

2002   Achieved SA8000 Certificate.  

2003   Opened new operation office in Shenzhen, China.

2004   Opened new sourcing office in Shanghai, China.

2005   Established implement factory in Shenzhen, China.

2006   Removed Shanghai sourcing office to Shenzhen, China.

2007   Achieved U$10 mil of export record.

2008   Renovated automation production system for Cosmetic brush
